VTP Holdings is seeking a Temporary Talent Management Generalist to cover a maternity leave, working remotely 20–30 hours per week. Responsibilities span employee relations, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, leave, compliance, and daily HR support. Ideal candidate will handle confidential records and collaborate with payroll, accounting, leadership, and clinical teams. The role requires 3+ years HR experience, knowledge of California laws, payroll and HRIS familiarity, plus strong #J-18808-Ljbffr VTP Holdings
