Convert great experiences into memberships: present options clearly and effectively, handle objections, and close ethically. Drive retail sales results: demo products, build simple at‑home routines/bundles, and keep the retail floor merchandised. Scheduling: pre‑schedule next visits, manage waitlists, and optimize provider utilization with accurate scheduling and POS. Proactive outreach: follow up on leads, trials, freezes/lapses, and post‑visit thank‑yous via phone/text/email Own the front‑of‑house flow: reception/locker room readiness, tidy retail zones, cash handling, and open/close procedures. Partner with service providers and leadership to hit team KPIs (membership conversion, retail per guest, pre‑book rate, and guest satisfaction).
