Clinical Coordinator

We're Hiring: Part-Time Clinical Coordinator The Aesthetic Method is looking for our next Clinical Coordinator to join our team in Ferndale! As a Clinical Coordinator, you'll be one of the first faces our patients see and play a key role in creating the exceptional experience we're known for. We're looking for someone who is organized, positive, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care. Responsibilities Greet patients and create a welcoming experience Answer phone calls, texts, and patient inquiries Schedule and manage appointments Check patients in and out Process payments and assist with retail skincare purchases Maintain a clean, organized front office Restock patient amenities, beverages, snacks, and retail displays Assist with administrative tasks and support the team as needed Qualifications Previous customer service, reception, or administrative experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets Comfortable learning new technology and software (Apple/Mac, Aesthetic Record) Flexible availability, including one Saturday per month Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and patient care is a plus If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing team that values excellence, collaboration, and exceptional patient experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
