XBC IS  A  READY TO HIRE BASED COMPANY. WE TAKE APPLICANTS DAILY FOR OVER THE ROAD WORK.

Seeking Only experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) 26 ft Box Truck Drivers who are ready to start work within 24–48 hours after an interview, testing and onboarding date set within 24-48hr we will have you on the road. 

REQUIREMENTS BEFORE INTERVIEW

All applicants MUST submit the following documents to our Onboarding Team BY TEXT Only

1. Valid Driver's License

2. Current DOT Physical Card

3. Certified Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

• Non-CDL Drivers: 3-Year Certified MVR Required
• CDL Drivers: 7-Year Certified MVR Required

Once all required documents have been received and reviewed, a phone interview will be scheduled. WITHIN 24HRS.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior 26 ft Box Truck experience preferred
• Must understand DOT compliance requirements
• Must be able to accurately complete a paper logbook
• Must successfully pass a Logbook Test
• Must be dependable, professional, and ready for OTR work
• Must be available for immediate onboarding and dispatching within the same day to 48hrs.

• DRIVER AVERAGE 4-5 LOADS A WEEEK 1200-1500 STAYING WITHING OUR ZONE
• DRIVERS ARE AVERAGELY HOME FOR WEEKND DROP 60% OF THE TIME.
• WE PRIORITIZE OTR AND HONORING SCHEDULING REQUEST FOR ANYTIME NEEDED OFF.
