Verstela is partnering with an Aerospace Manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production setting and is passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Supervisor: Lead and support the second-shift production team. Make sure daily production stays on schedule while meeting safety and quality standards. Train employees, track attendance, and help improve performance. Keep an eye on production, materials, inventory, and overtime to keep operations running smoothly. Solve production problems, improve processes, and work with other teams to make sure customer orders are completed on time. Requirements as a Manufacturing Supervisor: Experience leading people in a manufacturing or industrial work environment. Background working in factories, automotive, aerospace, military, or maintenance jobs. Able to lead a team, train employees, and help people do their best work. Good at solving problems, improving how work gets done, and using information to make decisions. Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment. This client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
