Security Officer PRN

Location : Monticello, Illinois

Shift : Weekend day shift with possible night shift week days

Schedule : Various hours as needed


Job Summary: This position is responsible for securing the premises in the interest of protecting people and property from harm or damage, responding and reporting to identified threats. The position provides support in the Emergency Department for patient events, including patient sitting, as needed to keep staff and patients safe. This role provides relief and patient overflow support to the Registration department throughout the shift.

Requirements

Regulatory Requirements:

• Illinois PERC card holder.
• Preferred experience: 1 or more years of security guard experience in a hospital setting.
