Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families while promoting and restoring their health. Your duties may include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, caring for wounds, and overseeing patient treatment plans. Your main objective will be to ensure the safety and physical comfort of our residents, as well as meet their emotional needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
• Take vital signs, perform assessments, administer medications, care for wounds, and oversee patient treatment plans
• Ensure the safety and physical comfort of our residents, as well as meet their emotional needs

Requirements:

• A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required
• Valid CPR certification
