Position: Pharmacist in Charge
Location: 2100 14th Street, Suite 115, Plano, TX, 75074
Schedule: Mon-Fridays 9 am-6 pm and some Saturday 10 am - 2 pm
Job Type: Full Time

About Us

GlowRx Pharmacy is a new independent retail pharmacy opening in Plano, Texas. 
We're building a community-focused pharmacy that puts patients first, 
and we're looking for a Pharmacist in Charge to lead the operation from day one and grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and staff
• Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions; counsel patients.
• Maintain policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules, DEA requirements, and HIPAA
• Manage controlled substance recordkeeping, inventories, and reconciliation
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Support clinical services such as immunizations, MTM, and adherence programs

Requirements

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Fluent in English 
• Availability to work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays
  Immunization certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfort building processes from scratch in a start-up environment

Preferred

• Prior retail pharmacy experience
• Working knowledge of Liberty Software 
• Fluent in Spanish
• Familiarity with third-party billing, prior authorizations, and PBM claim resolution
