Guest Services & Reservations Specialist
Extended Stay America
Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences at the front desk in Atlanta. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and adhering to safety guidelines. You will respond to guest requests, promote ESA services, and help with breakfast setup and housekeeping cross-training.
