We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators / Production Workers . If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As part of a 24 person production crew , you'll help set up and operate ultrasonic laminating equipment, monitor product quality, package finished materials, and prepare work centers for the next production run. This position offers varied worknot repetitive assembly line tasks.
We Offer
- Starting pay: $27.00$35.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Shift differential for temporary 2nd shift assignments
- Full-time, MondayFriday (40 hours/week)
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM3:30 PM
- Temporary 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM12:00 AM (as needed)

We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift materials
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes is a plus (training available)
