Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur drivers are compassionate, caring, reliable and responsible individuals charged with getting clients with and without mobility challenges to their destinations safely and on time.Job ResponsibilitiesShow up to work in a timely mannerTake work orders from supervisor for client tripDrive clients to their destinations on timeAssist clients as they get into and out of the vehicleReport back to the supervisor when clients have been dropped off at their destinationReport traffic delays en route back to supervisorReport any incidents or accidents to the supervisorOperate wheelchair lifts as neededAdhere to company policies and protocolQualificationsMust have previous customer service experience with a good track record of assisting customers in a thoughtful, caring and timely mannerMust have no more than one traffic violationMust have a great work history with a track record of being a reliable responsible individual (must provide references from previous employer (s)) if possible.Preferred SkillsKnow how to keep a level head in a busy environmentMust be passionate about helping peopleGreat communication skillsA good working knowledge of the Coastal bend area and surrounding counties is a plus
