This working leader oversees daily security operations while actively patrolling and protecting community property in alignment with Sunrise service standards.What You'll Do:Supervise and support security team members in daily operationsConduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds and parking areasMonitor doors, gates and access points for safety and securityInvestigate incidents, complete reports and respond to emergenciesCoordinate with local police, fire and emergency responders as neededEnforce safety protocols, OSHA standards and risk management policiesSecure and unlock community areas per policyAssist residents with after-hours escorts and package deliveryMaintain security logs, equipment inventory and daily documentationSupport transportation needs when requiredCoach, train and develop security team membersWhat We're Looking For:High School diploma or GED required3+ years related security or safety experience preferredStrong communication and report-writing skillsAbility to remain calm and decisive in emergency situationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and security documentation systemsStrong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with acceptable driving record (if applicable)Security Supervisor – Lead Safety Operations and Protect Our CommunityPay Range: 17.30 - 21.70Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
