As Corporate Counsel / Sr. Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a trusted advisor across multiple business units, handling commercial contracts, real estate agreements, M&A support, and litigation management.In your first 6–12 months, success means owning your contracting workflow end-to-end, building strong relationships with business stakeholders across brands, and becoming the go-to legal resource for day-to-day commercial and operational matters.This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.What You'll DoSupport M&A transactions and joint ventures, including due diligence and deal documentationReview, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor, supplier, marketing/advertising, licensing, and IT contractsAssist with procurement, compliance, and human capital managementDraft and negotiate real estate agreements across the brand portfolioAdvise business teams on operations, initiatives, and risk across multiple brandsManage and improve contract lifecycle processes and templatesWork cross-functionally across the legal department and multiple business units to deliver practical legal guidanceRequired QualificationsJD degree and active license to practice law3+ years of relevant legal experience, including in M&A, commercial contracting, and/or real estateExperience in one or more of the following: intellectual property, data privacy, marketing/advertising, and/or litigationPrior in-house experience (particularly at a public company) and/or law firm experienceAbility to leverage artificial intelligence in your day-to-day workProven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organizationWhy JoinThe people who do best here are builders.
