Helpdesk / Access Manager (Levels: Mid → Senior) Mid Helpdesk / Access Manager Job description: Support M3 access management Verify security clearance access Support PKI trusted agent activities Validate need-to-know access Support intelligence dissemination processes Senior Helpdesk / Access Manager Everything from Mid plus: Additional responsibilities: Conduct training for military users Draft briefing slides Support classification decisions Support organizational messaging Support complex access decisions Key difference: Senior adds training + complex access authority. Approved IAT Level II Certifications (Commonly Accepted) CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) – Most widely required CompTIA CySA+ CompTIA PenTest+ GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) Cisco CCNA Security – Retired, but still honored if previously earned EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND) (ISC)² Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) – Qualifies for both Level I and Level II #J-18808-Ljbffr PROVATOHR INC
