Google Sunnyvale, CA, USA Director+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in product management, with 8 years in a senior leadership role. Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch. Preferred qualifications: Experience as a senior product leader at a technology or cloud company, specifically within an AI/ML product domain. Technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and particularly Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems). Ability to lead and influence a cross‑functional environment, partnering effectively with research (e.g. DeepMind), platform (e.g., Cloud AI, Core), and Applied AI teams. Ability to drive large‑scale enterprise business process transformation using AI. Ability to uncover root causes of complex AI/ML problems and provide clear guidance on solving them. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $336,000-$467,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
