Customer Service Specialist

Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Our office is located in North Kansas City, MO. I have been a State Farm agent since 2006. We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
