This full-time assignment offers 37.5 hours each week, working within dynamic school environments and supporting a diverse K-12 student population. You will play an essential role in implementing treatment plans designed by Speech-Language Pathologists, and your expertise will directly support students’ communication and academic success.

What we’re looking for:

• Active SLPA license or eligibility in Texas
• Previous experience supporting Speech-Language Pathologists in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Comfort working with a broad range of ages, backgrounds, and communication needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseloads effectively
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive atmosphere for students, families, and colleagues

Core responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual and group speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP
• Assisting with speech, language, and communication screenings and assessments
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
• Supporting the development and adaptation of materials tailored to student needs
