We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team at Skilled Nursing Facility in Williamsport, PA. As a Registered Dietitian at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutrition care to our residents and patients. About the Role:
As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized nutrition care plans for our residents and patients. You will also be responsible for conducting nutrition assessments, providing nutritional counseling, and educating our staff on nutrition-related topics. Additionally, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents and patients receive comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition care plans for residents and patients
- Provide nutritional counseling and education to residents, patients, and staff
- Develop and implement menus and meal plans that meet the dietary needs of our residents and patients
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Identify and report any nutrition-related issues or concerns to our management team

Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Dietitian with a current license to practice
- Must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Must have a strong understanding of nutrition principles and practices
