ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're a growing San Diego cleaning company with a real standard and a team that cares. We need someone to own the field — scheduling, quality, and the people doing the work.
This is not a desk job. You'll be in homes, with crews, solving real problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own daily scheduling and crew assignments
- Run quality inspections and walkthroughs
- Coach and train cleaners to our standards
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues on site
- Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Support hiring and onboarding of new cleaners
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience managing a field team — cleaning, hospitality, or trades
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Comfortable with scheduling software and mobile apps
- Calm under pressure, high standards, genuinely good with people
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
