Mission We strive to provide comprehensive therapeutic services and programs utilizing a variety of professional restorative aids, nature based learning, and skilled equine movements to facilitate physical and emotional growth, learning, and healing. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide therapy services at our facility. The counselor will have the flexibility to incorporate nature-based approaches into sessions and, if desired, integrate equine-assisted therapy with the support of our staff and resources. Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients and families. Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals. Incorporate nature-based therapeutic approaches; optional integration of equine-assisted therapy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support holistic care. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards. Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients. Qualifications Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience providing therapy to patients and families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in nature-based therapy approaches; equine experience is optional. Ability to work collaboratively within a therapeutic team. Schedule & Compensation Flexible scheduling options (part-time or full-time). Compensation commensurate with experience and licensure.
