Qualifications for Restaurant Managers:

Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years as a Manager in Fast Casual or Full Service restaurants
Strong tenure and track record of success
Financial expertise with the ability to mentor and oversee financial processes
A hands-on leader who leads by example and takes a proactive approach
Positive attitude and a growth-oriented mindset
