Job Overview KAAPA Partners Aurora, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented team leader for an Assistant Production Manager role in our ethanol production facility. Key Responsibilities Assist the Production Manager in monitoring and reviewing daily production levels. Complete all reporting requirements. Supervise production crews. Oversee shutdowns and start‑ups of the plant. Work Schedule & Physical Requirements Monday‑Friday, 5p.m. – 1:30a.m. Shift with call‑in availability as the plant operates 24/7. Must be able to exert up to 75lbs occasionally and 30lbs frequently. Qualifications 5–10 years of relevant experience in the ethanol industry and excellent problem‑solving skills while maintaining quality standards.
