About The Role Join our client’s Product Design Team as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the experience of a global volunteering platform. You'll work alongside passionate designers, engineers, and product managers to solve real problems and create intuitive experiences that make a genuine impact. In this role, you'll transform customer insights into compelling designs that drive business growth and elevate user satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity design and delivery Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate solutions, and continuously improve the platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment, innovate, and iterate quickly in an agile environment Champion the customer voice in every decision, turning insight into shared team understanding Create journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes that inform product decisions Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver products that drive satisfaction and growth Identify and prioritize UX improvements across the platform and contribute to our evolving design system Ensure accessibility, usability, and desirability across all platform experiences Track product performance through analytics and user feedback, and iterate against it Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery What You'll Need Experience & craft 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies A portfolio that shows your process and reasoning, not just finished screens Strong UI craft with a passion for accessible, functional interfaces Experience designing complex workflows for web, mobile, or native applications Product & problem-solving skills A strong product lens — the ability to understand customer needs and motivations and translate them into product opportunities Ability to think holistically about end-to-end experiences and articulate trade-offs within a broader ecosystem Comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-moving, undefined projects Collaboration and communication Ability to articulate ideas clearly, reason through decisions, and use storytelling to influence stakeholders Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence Nice to have: Experience with Enterprise platforms or Workforce Management solutions Commercial mindset to making design investments for maximum impact Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems Experience designing customer-facing workflow visualisation and automation Defining and designing AI-based solutions Mobile app design expertise What’s in it for you: A flexible approach to working A small team of passionate people Competitive salary offering Referral bonuses and employee recognition programs Budget for personal development, training, and conferences Employee Assistance Program Benefits Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
