Overview MANUFACTURING MATERIAL HANDLER – LEAD (HIRING IMMEDIATELY) – Bridgeview, IL. Lead a shift of material handlers to ensure efficient product flow throughout the plant and local distribution centers. Minimum 2‑3 years forklift experience and logistics warehouse leadership experience required. The position is cross‑functional to Bridgeview and the BP4 (Massasoit) location as needed. Shift & Compensation Shift: 7:00AM – 7:00PM on a 2‑2‑3 schedule. Compensation: $24.44 per hour, paid weekly, with eligibility for annual and skill‑based wage increases. Eligible for monthly bonuses based on plant productivity.
