Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure (State requirements must be met)
• Experience working with high school students preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of special education procedures, IEP development, and legal compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for high school students
• Develop and implement intervention plans for students with learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and families to support student well-being and achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to guide effective individualized planning
• Deliver direct counseling services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Keep clear, compliant records and provide timely documentation
• Advocate for equitable educational access and mental health resources
