Get home daily, earn a highly competitive base rate tailored to your experience, and stack extra cash with robust activity bonuses. Experience-Based Base Pay Structure (CPM): 0–12 Months Experience: $0.53 CPM 12–36 Months Experience: $0.55 CPM 37–60 Months Experience: $0.56 CPM 61+ Months Experience: $0.58 CPM
AVERAGE WEEKLY PAY: $1450.00
Additional Earnings & Bonuses: Sign-On Bonus: $2,500.00 to jumpstart your transition Stop Pay: $20.00 per stop (includes the first stop) Unload Pay: $55.00 per full trailer unload (100% touch freight using provided powered pallet jacks) Route, Schedule & Duties: Home Time: Home daily! Schedule: Steady night and weekend shifts. Volume: Averaging 4 loads per week (~2,000 miles) with an average length of haul around 490 miles. Operation: Daily slip-seat operation. Drivers safely operate a CDL-A vehicle, manage storefront unloading with provided power equipment (full training included), and maintain accurate ELD logs. Hiring Requirements: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A driving experience. Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends.
