Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Centennial, Colorado in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers, coordinating with vendors, and working across a variety of daily tasks in a structured office setting. The role offers the opportunity to build product knowledge through hands-on training while contributing to quote support, website pricing updates, and responsive customer communication.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product pricing and availability, ensuring accurate information is shared internally and with customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely updates, answers, and follow-through on requests.

• Support pricing maintenance by assisting with updates and accuracy checks for product information listed online.

• Develop a strong understanding of product offerings through ongoing training and applied learning in day-to-day work.

• Prepare and communicate customer quotes, order details, and related service information with attention to accuracy.

• Enter and maintain customer, order, and pricing data within company systems and databases.

• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound communication to support customer needs and vendor coordination.

• Adapt to shifting priorities and take initiative in managing tasks independently throughout the workday.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an office-based environment.

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without close day-to-day supervision.

• Proficiency with basic computer navigation, accurate typing, and common office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience handling inbound calls, email correspondence, and customer-facing communication with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage data entry, order information, and database updates with strong attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to support a range of responsibilities rather than a highly repetitive task list.

• Prior experience working with customer quotes, vendor communication, or order entry is preferred.
