Lease Operator

Summary Works independently on routine operations. Assumes responsibility for assigned leases and provides input on efficiency and production improvements. Responsibilities Knowledge and experience working in CO2 injection fields Independently perform daily lease rounds and maintain production reporting accuracy. Adjust equipment settings (pump jacks, separators, treaters, compressors) to optimize production. Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on production equipment. Coordinate with maintenance and field crews on corrective actions. Manage chemical usage, fluid levels, and equipment run times. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and complete documentation. Train and mentor Level 1 Operators. Skills & Requirements 2–4 years of field experience or equivalent training. Working knowledge of oilfield production equipment and processes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SCADA systems and production reporting tools.
