Role Summary The Event & Field Marketing Manager plans and executes Winixx presence at freight industry events, trucking expos, fleet conferences, and trade shows — building brand awareness and generating qualified leads through in‑person activations that put our team and our products in front of the right audiences. What You’ll Do Plan, coordinate, and execute Winixx presence at freight, fleet, and logistics industry events nationwide Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, booth design, and logistics Develop pre‑event outreach campaigns and post‑event follow‑up sequences in collaboration with sales Coordinate field marketing activations in target markets to support regional carrier and shipper acquisition Track and report on event lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI Build relationships with industry associations, event organizers, and conference sponsors Manage event swag, collateral, and branded materials inventory Identify new event and sponsorship opportunities that align with Winixx growth priorities What We’re Looking For 3+ years of event marketing or field marketing experience in a B2B environment Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple events simultaneously Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships Comfortable representing the Winixx brand in‑person at trade shows and conferences Willingness to travel extensively — up to 50% during peak event season Experience in freight, fleet, logistics, or industrial trade show marketing is strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience with event management platforms and lead capture tools Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front‑row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission‑driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
