Recovery Intake & Continuity Specialist I

The YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking an Intake and Continuing Recovery Specialist 1 who will serve individuals before they come to Y-Haven and after they leave. This position involves answering the intake hotline, conducting screenings and providing case management services to assist individuals with their recovery.
