Clifford Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative to help drive the success of our Power Generation Equipment Sales team. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping projects moving smoothly from sale to completion. What You'll Do

As part of our Sales Support team, you'll oversee projects from order entry through delivery, installation, and commissioningworking closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring every project stays on track and that clients receive the high-quality service Clifford Power is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers and sales representatives with timely, accurate communication
• Manage project timelines, track orders, and monitor costs
• Oversee all project documentation and order details
• Coordinate installation start-ups with Service Departments
• Assist with estimating, quoting, and billing as needed
• Place and track equipment orders with the Generac factory
• Schedule and coordinate freight and delivery logistics

Qualifications

What You Bring

• 25 years of experience in inside sales support, project management, or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with generators, electrical systems, or mechanical equipment is a plus

Physical Requirements:

This position will be working primarily indoors in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment, but also requires the employee to be moving through other areas on a regular basis. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures from these areas. Normal auto and air travel hazards will apply. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher in other areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time.

The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching.

Must have command of sight, hearing, touch and smell. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. These vision requirements in each area must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to closed forms.
