Our retail sales associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple companies (retail, rental, custom, and omnichannel) in a store, including but not limited to: Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results. Establish a relationship with your customer from greeting to after-sales contact. Consistently demonstrate best-in-class sales techniques for retail, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals. Encourage and continuously participate in team selling and have a positive impact on the store's volume and sales metrics goals. Participate in visual presentation, setup, and other store-related projects, as well as merchandise stock counting. Handle cash register operations, like a cashier, at the point of sale in the store.

Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift, bend, squat, and twist frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies, and see and distinguish patterns and colors of fabrics.
