Position Overview

One of our Partners in Michigan is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for ongoing coverage at a Critical Access Hospital serving Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

This opportunity offers 24-hour in-house Emergency Department coverage, manageable patient volumes, excellent specialty backup through a nearby Level II Trauma Center, and ongoing scheduling flexibility. Provider Pay: $3,500 per 24-Hour Shift

Pay Ranking: Top 10-15% nationally for Rural Emergency Medicine locum assignments (2026 market data).
