Job Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive physical exams and meticulous medical history analyses
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions, leveraging imaging studies and lab results
• Team up closely with surgeons to formulate and carry out individualized surgical plans
• Provide intraoperative support: prepare operating rooms, ensure optimal patient positioning, and manage instrument hand-offs during surgeries
• Administer exceptional pre- and post-operative care, embracing medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and patient education

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgery is strongly preferred

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure or eligibility as a Physician Assistant
