Job DescriptionJob Description The Pool Technician is responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring clean and safe water quality. This role involves hands-on work with pool cleaning, water chemistry testing, and equipment maintenance while interacting with customers and adhering to safety standards. The position requires physical stamina to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles across Franklin, College Grove, Brentwood, Tennessee, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Clean pool surfaces to maintain hygiene and appearance Test and adjust water chemistry, including pH and chlorine levels Monitor and repair pumps, filters, and other pool equipment Perform regular equipment inspections to ensure proper operation Interact professionally with customers to address service needs Comply with safety protocols and regulations while on the job Operate company vehicles safely to travel between service locations Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a good driving history (approval by company insurance required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including sitting, kneeling, standing for long periods, jumping, squatting, crawling, and reaching Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Military experience candidates encouraged to apply Qualifications Entry-level to 1 year experience in pool maintenance #J-18808-Ljbffr
