Baptist Clay is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse for Fulltime Nights in the PCU. RN experience including Med/Surg, PCU or Critical Care preferred.

\n

Provides for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization and supervision of care provided by supportive personnel; coordination of care provided by ancillary services
\n Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care
\n Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care
\n Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.
\n *Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care.

Education/Degree Required:

\n

Associate of Science in Nursing Or

\n

Degree Preferred:

\n

Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS)

\n

\n

Experience:

\n

\n
• 1-2 years Cardiac Experience Preferred
\n
• 1-2 years Telemetry Experience
\n
• Hospital Experience
\n

\n

\n

Licenses and Certifications:

\n

\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
\n
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
\n
