Job Description

Sam's Club is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the sales floor and merchandising presentation are in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role involves safely operating forklifts, managing inventory, and providing excellent member service. Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts following company standards and guidelines
• Manage inventory flow and ensure proper merchandising
• Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
• Ensure club pick-up orders are filled accurately and on time
• Handle, move, and display goods in safe and correct ways
• Proactively identify and assist customers with technology services
• Respect the individual by embracing differences and fostering a culture of belonging
• Act with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance
• Serve customers and members by delivering results and putting the customer first
• Strive for excellence by driving continuous improvements and embracing new technologies

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks
• Must be 18 years of age or older
