Why This Role Matters Post Sale Services is responsible for providing our clients with an accountable and dedicated team to deal with and respond to their post-sale transactional queries across Live and Online sales. Working with other members of the Post Sale Service Team, Shipping, Finance and Specialist Art Departments, the Post Sale Service coordinator will manage, oversee and provide ownership for the in-person collection desk, facilitate property release and provide administrative support to the Post-Sale team. Coordinators performs a daily review of all outgoing shipments, acting as the final compliance and payment check for all property. They also facilitate online checkouts, keep our inbox and workflow running smoothly, manage check and cash deposits, and work to proactively clear aging inventory out of our warehouses with regular inventory tracking and client outreach. This will be achieved whilst upholding Christie’s Client Service Standards for our both our internal and external clients. Ability to exhibit flexibility in daily tasks and projects. Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally and be an ambassador for Post-Sale Services. Ensure timely communication to colleagues and clients. Client facing or similar role advantageous. Additional languages advantageous i.e. Spanish, Chinese, Italian, French. Understanding of/experience in the auction industry is beneficial.
