Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse Austell, Georgia
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room (ER) environment. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies decisively and professionally, applying evidence-based nursing practices and critical thinking, and collaborating with the care team to support clinical needs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift with a minimum of 36.0 hours per week, working 12 shift hours (11:00 AM11:30 PM).
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure under either a single-state Registered Nurse (Single State) option or a multi-state Registered Nurse (RN - Compact) option, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or Basic Life Support (BLS) through an alternate accepted provider format), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (or accepted equivalent options, including provisional options within specified timeframes), Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification (or accepted equivalent options, including provisional options within specified timeframes), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or accepted equivalent options, including provisional options within specified timeframes). Ability to read, write, and speak English; optimize the use of technology to support clinical care with basic computer skills; strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with customer service focus; ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner; excellent time management; and use evidence and analytical skills to practice nursing with strong critical thinking. Minimum experience requirement is less than 1 year of direct patient care.
