Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a Surgical ICU position requiring 18 months of recent SICU experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

Details

• Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) setting at a hospital
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Required to work at least every other holiday

Requirements

• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross)
• 18 months of combined permanent specialty experience required
• 18 months of recent SICU experience required (travel experience accepted)
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required (co-worker references not accepted)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, medical/religious exemptions only

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with a passing score required
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate
• Candidates with any open background check case will not be accepted
• Candidates with any professional license hits will not be accepted
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
