This contract opportunity, located near Cincinnati, OH, seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fulfill a substitute role from now through mid-October. Work directly with educators and support staff, helping to foster a positive learning environment and facilitate student growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Prior experience working in a school setting or with children who have multiple disabilities is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans.
• Support staff and educators in the implementation of behavior management strategies.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to adjust plans and interventions as needed.
• Provide direct and consultative services to ensure continuity of care during the assignment.
• Offer guidance and training to staff on best practices in behavioral support.
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
