In this pivotal role, you will support daily operations by managing administrative tasks, assisting with patient interactions, and ensuring a smooth workflow within our office. Your contributions will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for both staff and patients, making every day an opportunity to make a difference. What you’ll do Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Manage patient intake processes, including collecting necessary medical information and verifying documentation. Maintain organized records of patient interactions and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times. Support the team by scheduling appointments and coordinating communications between patients and chiropractic staff. Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence to keep operations running smoothly. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in office processes and patient service delivery. Basic qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient experience. Preferred qualifications Computer knowledge that will help perform basic tasks - office software and basic office equipment Interest in healthcare and learning patient interaction processes used by clinical staff.
