Are you passionate about helping buyers find the right home and ready to grow your real estate career? EmpowerHome Team is hiring motivated Real Estate Buyer’s Agents who are ready to build their production, close more transactions, and grow with a proven team.
As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll work directly with qualified buyer opportunities , build strong client relationships, and guide clients through every stage of the home-buying process—from the initial consultation and property search to negotiations and closing.
With proven sales systems, CRM technology, training, coaching, and team support , you’ll have the tools and resources to spend more time working with buyers and closing deals .

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
As a Real Estate Buyer’s Agent , you’ll work with motivated homebuyers, convert qualified opportunities into successful transactions, and guide clients from consultation through closing.
- Meet with motivated buyers and guide them through the home-buying process
- Help clients identify properties, coordinate financing, and navigate the path to closing
- Manage leads, follow-up, and client relationships using our CRM and proven sales systems
- Convert qualified buyer opportunities into closed transactions through strong communication and negotiation
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives referrals and repeat business
- Host open houses and engage attendees to generate additional buyer opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline, calendar, appointments, and daily activities efficiently
- Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve your skills and production
- Active Georgia Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
- Organized with strong follow-up, time-management, and attention to detail
- Coachable, accountable, motivated, and results-oriented
