Dialysis Registered Nurse

Location: Ohio

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; with on-call rotation and every other weekend.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive hemodialysis services in both a dialysis unit and at the bedside of ICU patients. The role involves connecting and disconnecting patients from their peritoneal dialysis treatment and requires a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer hemodialysis treatments to stable patients in a unit setting.
• Provide bedside care for ICU patients requiring hemodialysis.
• Connect and disconnect patients from peritoneal dialysis treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 18 months recent dialysis experience.
• Must have 18 months permanent dialysis experience prior to travel.
• Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license in hand at the time of submission.
• American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certification required.
• Two recent professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required.
