Registered Nurse Director
Job Summary:
Axiom Healthcare of Rosiclare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Director to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse Director, you will play a critical role in leading our nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care in our Rosiclare facility. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor staff to promote professional growth and development
Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and staffing schedules to optimize patient care and facility operations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and conduct regular rounds to assess patient satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
