Project Manager

Responsabilidades Preparar informes, presentaciones y comunicaciones en colaboración con la dirección y bajo petición de la misma. Crear y mantener el repositorio específico (accesos, copias de seguridad, estructura). Moderar reuniones de proyectos (físicas, virtuales o híbridas) en inglés con diversos grupos de interesados y preparar informes de estado mensuales. Almacenamiento y archivo de datos de proyectos. Optimización de procesos de negocio basada en datos recopilados mediante metodología Agile. Trabajar en múltiples actividades paralelas con diferentes cronogramas, duraciones y plazos, entregando resultados tangibles mientras se equilibran las prioridades diariamente. Apoyar la transformación de servicios de TI con actividades como la moderación de talleres de alcance y la coordinación de cambios de principio a fin. Garantizar la coherencia de los datos y los informes en todos los dominios relevantes. Requisitos Máster/Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información, Negocios o experiencia relevante. Experiencia trabajando con equipos de proyecto/servicio virtuales o dispersos. Buen conocimiento de métodos de gestión de proyectos (certificación PMP o Prince2). Conocimiento de buenas prácticas en el mercado de prestación de servicios de TI, como ITIL. Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban). Conocimiento de herramientas como HP SM, SNOW y Jira. Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para cooperar dentro de una organización global. Habilidades de influencia y persuasión. Disponibilidad para viajar según las necesidades del proyecto/servicio. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia coordinando equipos y gestionando proyectos de TI de alcance local/global en entornos multiculturales (proyectos medianos a grandes).
