Your Contributions

• Execute routine and advanced clinical laboratory teststouching areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results, troubleshoot errors, and manage preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Document all processes diligently, guide new staff or students, and uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
