The Cardiac PCU 3D is a 38-bed telemetry monitored progressive care unit with a focus on cardiac patient populations. This unit participates in our Progress-In-Place initiative meaning our patients remain on the same unit for treatment even when their acuity level increases or decreases. We serve both medical surgical and progressive care acuity patients on the same unit.

This progressive care unit at Banner Del Webb is looking for experienced PCU nurses but we will also consider candidates with telemetry, ICU, home health, skilled nursing, medical/surgical or any other acute or critical care background that have a desire to develop and learn!

This is a full time, day shift position working 3/12-hour shifts per week from 7:00am-7:30pm. You will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
