Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic outpatient clinic team in Fort Myers, FL. This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on, patient-centered care to a diverse population while working in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based physical therapy treatments to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using EMR systems
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patients per day (50-55 visits per week)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs
• Foster strong patient relationships and ensure a positive care experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Experience Requirements

• New graduates are welcome for permanent roles
• Minimum 1 year of experience required for travel positions

Work Environment & Schedule

• Outpatient clinical setting
• Monday to Friday schedule
• No mandatory weekend or on-call requirements
