Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• 3x12-hour night shifts (7:15 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.)
• Includes weekends and rotating holidays

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for Massachusetts practice
• Minimum of one year of recent Intensive Care experience
• Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in high-acuity environments
• Flexibility to work scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond to emergencies
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates and support
